Key Responsibilities:

•Technical Support Department:

oDevelop strategies to optimize technical support operations and improve customer service.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

•Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in ATM technology, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

•Proven track record of optimising technical support, workshop, warehouse, and field operations within the ATM industry.

•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

•Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop teams.

•Experience in inventory management and logistics for technical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design and Development:

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

DEVELOPMENT OF THE AREA

Business Development:

-assist the banking solution Department in Identifying and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base within the ATM services market.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the financial sector.

- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and gather feedback.

Market Share Growth:

-Drive all financial service-related sales within UAE.

-Review and evaluate competitors, gather market & competitor intelligence to support the Banking Solutions Department to capture new business opportunities to expand Company’s products and services in the desired Market.

-Coordinate and oversee the preparation of business' value propositions, sales plans, RFPs/RFQs/ RFIs, with Dedicated Business Units, sales team, partner and executive teams.

CONTROL OF TASKS

•Data-Driven Approach: Use data and Market analytics to inform decision-making, track sales performance, and refine strategies for better results.

•Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to Direct Reporting Manager and Top Management, ensuring transparency and accountability in sales activities.
