Job Description- Accountant

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and financial reports. accounts reconciliations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable banks and cash.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain all account transfer for the companies

· Make sure to be updated in the system on daily basics in proper way supported with all required documents including petty cash in and working on control to reduce the costs.

· Follow up on collection of account receivable and settling account payable on time.

· Manage company cashflow to meet company liabilities.

· Preparing cost estimation report for projects in advance.

· Keep correct record of inventory on the system.

· Responsible for Issuing sales invoices from the system.

· Monthly closing and reconciliation and providing zero error reports.

· To provide accurate Weekly reports and monthly closing for the companies in the first 7 days on the next month.

· Responsible for the VAT reconciliation, VAT return filing and Monthly closing of VAT.

· Responsible for the budgeting and monitoring if there is any variances.

Technical Requirement:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

· Good experience Microsoft Offices.

· Good Experience on UAE VAT filling and law.

Job Summary

You'll help the manager make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Provide managers with day-to-day administrative support.
2. Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
3. Handle requests and queries appropriately.
4. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
5. Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
6. Required to organize company related workshops & events
7. Liaising with internal departments and clients, suppliers, and other staff, answering calls, and making VISA & travel arrangements.
8. Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
9. Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
10. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
11. Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings.
12. Preparing Agenda, minutes and action points for meetings.
13. Send polite reminders to attendees about upcoming meetings or deadlines.
14. Follow-up action points from meetings with relevant stakeholders in a professional matter.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

1- 3 to 5 Years of experience in this domain.

2- Strong organizational skills.

3- Excellent Communication Skills.

4- Strong Time Management capabilities.

5- Familiar with Office software.

6- Highly Adaptable and Flexible.
